Sunday

Hi Everyone and Happy Sunday!  I’ve been a little lazy today and slept most of the afternoon away, so am going to have a busy evening getting all of the weekend chores done before the start of the work week!  When I began my journey toward a healthier lifestyle and weight back on February 21st, I read a book that was really motivating to me.  I continue to go back and read different sections from time to time to help sustain the motivation.  One of the lines in the book that really has stuck with me is this:  “If you begin to eat for health instead of taste, you will soon develop a taste for health.”  This has proven to be so true for me.  Nothing tastes better than feeling good about myself!  I hope all of you have a wonderful and successful week!   Thanks for your support!   Molly

April Weight Goal

Hi Everyone!  Hope you all are having a great weekend!  I made it to my mini-goal for April today so have set a new one to reach by the end of May!  Hopefully I will make it through my daughter’s college graduation and the celebrations that go along with it and stay on plan this coming month.  This past week I made it through a lunch seminar at my office where they served pizza on Thursday and a lunch meeting at which food was ordered from Panera Bread on Friday without going off plan.  My back has been hurting quite a bit lately so I’ve not exercised as much as I should, but laying off the exercise has not seemed to help with the back pain, so I will probably jump back on the exercise bandwagon tonight.  Wishing all of you the best and success on your weight lost journeys!  Stay positive…I know all of us can do this!

Hi everyone,
I’ve been a member of this site now for about six weeks.  I haven’t been posting a blog, because I haven’t really known what to say.  I do read all of the blog entries every day; and it has been so helpful in giving me inspiration and staying on track!  So, to everyone who posts regularly I thank you, and I will try to start posting myself from time to time!  Right now I’m at 32 pounds lost with many more to go.  Hope everyone has had a great weekend!   Molly
