Hi Everyone and Happy Sunday! I’ve been a little lazy today and slept most of the afternoon away, so am going to have a busy evening getting all of the weekend chores done before the start of the work week! When I began my journey toward a healthier lifestyle and weight back on February 21st, I read a book that was really motivating to me. I continue to go back and read different sections from time to time to help sustain the motivation. One of the lines in the book that really has stuck with me is this: “If you begin to eat for health instead of taste, you will soon develop a taste for health.” This has proven to be so true for me.
