Wild Cats Would LOVE to have you as part of our team!

Hi all!  Several of our Wild Cat teammates here on Buddy Slim have reached their weight loss goals (although they remain part of the Wild Cat team as awesome cheerleaders); and several others have had to take a leave for personal reasons…so we are looking for some new motivated and dedicated members to join our weight loss team.   Whether you have 10 pounds to lose or 200 pounds to lose–we welcome you with open arms!!!

We compete with 4 other teams each week to see which team loses the most weight. We have a lot of fun and provide lots of support (and comic relief) to each other!   It really does help to have the comraderie and accountability with a group of friends all focused on helping everyone reach their goals!  Our current members include:  Kama, Dagny, Anj, Cindy, Betsy, Christi, Crystal, Jenn, Jennifer, Kassie, Lisa, Lise, Annia, Sara, Sarah, Kimberly, Kelly, Julie, Jan, Jenny and Tracey!  Our cheerleader teammates include:  Linsey, Nicole, and Pandora!  We would love to add you to our awesome roster!  Let’s lose some pounds!

Finally trying the new blogging system

Hi everyone!  Hope you are having a healthy and happy week!  I’m trying this out to see if I can actually post something.  I also have good news to share in that I’ve lost four pounds so far this week.  I have 10 pounds to go to reach my next monthly mini-goal by the end of July.  Thank you to everyone for your support and encouragement.  We are all in this together and we will be successful!

Hi Everyone and Happy Sunday!  I’ve been a little lazy today and slept most of the afternoon away, so am going to have a busy evening getting all of the weekend chores done before the start of the work week!  When I began my journey toward a healthier lifestyle and weight back on February 21st, I read a book that was really motivating to me.  I continue to go back and read different sections from time to time to help sustain the motivation.  One of the lines in the book that really has stuck with me is this:  “If you begin to eat for health instead of taste, you will soon develop a taste for health.”  This has proven to be so true for me.  Nothing tastes better than feeling good about myself!  I hope all of you have a wonderful and successful week!   Thanks for your support!   Molly

Hi!  I’m interested in finding help and support, as well as encouragement and motivation as I try to overhaul my lifestyle–eat healthy, get active, and lose weight. I would also like to be able to provide support and encouragement to those who are in the same position as I am with much weight to lose and few supports in place!
